This Years New Year Resolution

Well, you know it's that time of year...resolution time!! You know the usual things that come up for most people that know that what they are saying is going to stop in about a week after they say there resolution. Working out, eating better, traveling, drinking more water, writing a diary everyday, losing weight, etc, etc.

Mine, yes I know I have one as well, is to work out everyday. Even if its just to walk into town. So far (lets see it's the 14th) I have worked out everyday from the 2 on. So 12 days in a row. It feels nice. All those endorphins kicking in constantly there great things. I have been jogging with Mama Griffith once waiting for the clouds to lift and the sun to shine or at least be light out to go jogging after work, I have been using my treadmill, and last but not least I have been working out to my Biggest Loser workout video. I know it might be lame but it is really nice not to have to think about what kind of workouts and weights I should use. Jillian tells me what to do. Haha.

Anyway, If you have a resolution I hope that you keep it and take great pride in what you are going to be doing. Just remember whatever your resolution is make it something that you know you can keep and then the failure won't even come about.
