Fifth Day - Vegas

The Aston Martin V8

The last day that we had in Vegas was quite fun.  Bill had his appointment to drive an Aston Martin around a race course so we did that immediately in the morning.  He got 10 laps (supposed to be 5 laps but people kept cutting him off).

The Luxor Hotel

After that, it took a few hours, we went to the Luxor Hotel and walked through to the Excalibur we were going to buy tickets to the Tournament of Kings.  All the signs that we saw all said nightly, unfortunately when we went to purchase them that night we found out that the show wasn't happening.  Sad news *tear*.

New York New York
So I moped, Bill walked over to New York, New York and we fulfilled my dream since I was 12 years old.  Riding the roller coaster on top and around and in New York, New York hotel.  It was amazing!!  I haven't been on a roller coaster in 9 years so as we stood in line to purchase the tickets I was so completely nervous with butterflies in my stomach the entire time.  When we got up to actually getting on the roller coaster Bill told me that we had to be in the back.  The anticipation of getting on was almost unbearable.  We finally got on and riding out and up the first most gigantic hill I could feel the trepidation coursing through my veins.  Once we plummeted down the other side I couldn't contain my laughter!!  It was so fun that I wish that we bought an all day pass!!

Pirate Ship
The rest of the day we hung out had dinner around 6:30 and then started with the evening shows.  First was the pirate show.  Completely corny but a must to see, then onto the Mirage lava show.  Lava cascading down the fountain, then onto the Bellagio to see the fountain at night!!  All of it was wonderful the only thing that wasn't the best was all the people.  The funny thing is I still hate tourists even when being one!  :)

I can't wait to go back!!!!
