Mocha Coffee Pavlova

Well it's my newest dessert creation. I'm making it for Easter lunch for the parents in law. It's a New Zealand and Australian dessert. It's a coffee meringue topped with whipped cream and strawberries. Yum doesn't it sound good. Yes I will have pictures tomorrow and tell you how it was.

Have to try it again. Apparently I didn't cook it long enough and have to start over. Sad.

Bill told me about it this morning when I asked where you were. So sorry it didn't work out the first time. Did your second attempt turn out well? Was it totally delicious?

It was so delicious. I made individual brown sugar meringues and topped them with whipped cream and strawberries. So they were pretty much mini individual pavlovas. Oh they were so great and good!!
